Itching to Stitch

Daughter no.1 and I had a very unexpected treat. We had childcare and we were able to spend a whole day at the Knitting and Stitching Show at Alexandra Palace. Fun fun fun albeit very exhausting. unfortunately my camera was  low on battery and died quickly. If you like all things stitchy you would love this show, trade stalls galore and exhibitions of individual textile artists.It took all day to wander around it.

Forest Den Building

A spot of den building  can be an entertaining afternoon. We stayed too late and forgot about the midges. They ate us up..us girls at least, the boy was not bitten not even once !?
